If you pull a muscle, sprain an ankle, or bang up your shoulder, it might be hard to see a doctor. Many doctors are seeing only the worst emergency cases.
And you may not want to go to the doctor for fear of being exposed to the coronavirus.
So what can you do at home to treat injuries?
Sure, painkillers dull the pain fast. But they have side effects. Supplements, on the other hand, don’t have side effects. And they do work. But they may not work fast enough.
Well, what if I told you there’s something natural that relieves pain fast … has no side effects … and it helps your injury heal quicker?
Plus, you can do all this without doctors, pills, or ice. Click here to keep reading….

How? By using a topical cream. Now there are lots of creams on the market. There’s BenGay, Biofreeze, and Icy Hot. But there’s another cream that I like even better. It’s called Traumeel. And it’s a combination of 13 different homeopathic ingredients.
Now, homeopathy is weird stuff. The principle behind it is that if you take a substance that normally causes harm and dilute that substance, the dilution will cause it to have the opposite effect!
For example, there is a drug called ipecac that is used to induce vomiting. But if you create a homeopathic dilution of ipecac, it actually gets rid of nausea!
Now here’s the weird part. These homeopathics are so dilute that there’s hardly any of the original substance left.
That’s why I was very skeptical of homeopathy when I first heard about it. But then I saw the science. Study after study shows that homeopathy works. And there are plenty of studies for the pain cream Traumeel I mentioned above.
- In one study, researchers in Germany, Italy, and Portugal took a group of participants who had various injuries or painful conditions. These included sprains, post-traumatic edema, and degenerative and inflammatory conditions.
They gave Traumeel to the participants. Here’s what happened: 84% of the patients saw significant improvements in their pain, with half of those improvements coming within the very first week.
- In another study, German researchers tested a Traumeel cream on ankle sprains and compared the results to a placebo ointment. The researchers found that the patients who used Traumeel experienced more rapid and more frequent improvement in their upper-ankle mobility after two weeks.
- And in still another German study, researchers looked at various musculoskeletal sport injuries. Again, the researchers used a Traumeel cream and compared the results to a placebo cream. They found that the patients using the Traumeel saw a reduction in swelling and pain that was significantly greater than those using the placebo.
How to Use Traumeel at Home
You can buy Traumeel as a cream. But you can also buy it in a gel, tablets, oral vials, and oral drops. I like the cream or gel best because you can rub them right on the affected area.
There’s one last important note: You’ll want to use Traumeel as soon as the injury occurs. The faster you use it, the faster it goes to work repairing the damage.
So don’t wait for an injury to buy it. Go ahead and purchase some today and add it to your medicine cabinet. This is one medication you want on hand when you pull a muscle or twist your ankle.
You can find Traumeel in many drugstores, health food stores, and online for under $20.
